I began this blog to share my love and knowledge of food and nutrition. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and I absolutely adore food, especially in its most natural form. I once heard, and find to be true, that the food industry makes its money off of those who do not know how to cook and those who do not make the time to cook. I would like to change this. Cooking has a lot to do with who we are, and what better way to eat well than to cook your own foods? Everyone has to begin somewhere, and I greatly encourage you to try out some recipes from my blog to get the ball rolling.
